When you call or text a phone number we operate, we receive your phone number, the time of the call or message, and the content of any text messages you send. If you contact us through this website or subscribe to a service, we collect your name, business name, email address, and phone number. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your call or message, provide and support the services you request, send transactional and customer care messages, process payments, and keep records required by law.

Text messaging

If you call a number we operate and the call is not answered, you may receive a text message in response to your call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We never sell, rent, or trade phone numbers.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our phone and messaging provider (Twilio) and our payment processor (Stripe), and only as needed to deliver our services. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to the people and providers who need it.
