Do I need to change my phone number or website?
No. You keep your number. You just turn on call forwarding for calls you don't answer, and we help you do it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Go to Manage my subscription, enter your email, and cancel in a couple of clicks. Your service keeps running through the end of the month you already paid for.
How long does setup take?
Usually 1 to 2 weeks. Most of that is waiting for phone carriers to approve texting for your business. We handle the paperwork.
Will I be charged during the free trial?
No. There's no card needed to start. Near the end of your trial we'll ask if you want to keep it, and you only pay if you say yes.
Is sales tax added?
Yes. Tennessee requires sales tax on this service, so your monthly price has sales tax added based on your business's location. In Lebanon, that's 9.75%, about $4.78 a month on the $49 plan. It shows on every receipt.
Is this a robocall or spam service?
No. It only texts people who just called you, only about their call, and they can reply STOP anytime.
What if the bot can't answer a question?
It doesn't try to. It sends one friendly text, and everything the customer replies goes straight to you, so nobody gets a wrong answer.
