Do I need an account?
No account is needed to browse or post an event. A free account lets you make a profile, like events, follow food trucks and businesses, and leave star reviews. Create one here.
How do food trucks post where they'll be?
Make a free profile, choose "Food truck" as the type, and add your stops with a date, place and zip code. Each stop shows up in local search for that day.
Is it free to post an event?
Yes. Basic event posts are always free, up to 3 at a time. Business plans add unlimited posts, featured spots and a business profile. See plans.
How long until my event shows up?
Posts are checked by hand to keep spam off the site, usually within one business day. Post at least a few days before your event so people have time to plan.
I need to change or remove my event.
Use the form on this page, choose "Change or remove my event," and include the event name and date. We'll update it.
Why don't I see events near me?
The site is new and fills up town by town. Try a wider distance, or be the first to post an event in your area.
How do I pay for a plan or a custom post?
Custom posts are paid through Stripe right after you send the event form. Business and Premium plans are paid through Stripe right after you sign up, then billed monthly. Card details are never entered on this site.
How do I cancel my plan?
Go to Manage your plan and sign in with the email you subscribed with. You can cancel, update your card or download receipts there. Your plan stays active through the end of the month you've paid for. Details are in the Terms of Service.
Can I get a refund on a custom post?
Yes. You'll get a preview link before anything is posted. If you don't like the final design, choose "Decline and get a refund" and your $45 goes back to your card. Once you approve it, it can't be refunded.
What can't be posted?
Spam, fake events, adult content, hate or harassment, and anything illegal. See the full posting guidelines.
